You will not succeed here if you need validation from prospects, avoid uncomfortable conversations, struggle to challenge assumptions, or rely on discounts and false urgency.

If you are looking for a “nice” sales role, this is not it.

What This Role Actually Is

You are the final authority between interest and commitment.

Your job is to take qualified, booked strategy calls with real estate agents and diagnose their situation with precision.

You identify what is broken, what is costing them money, and what staying stuck is really costing them long term.

You confidently recommend whether Icon Media Co is the right move or not.

You do not convince.

When the fit is right, you move the deal forward cleanly and decisively.

Your Core Mission

Your mission is simple but not easy.

Close new client partnerships by clearly demonstrating ROI and commercial logic.
Run consultative, high-trust sales conversations rather than sales theatre.
Navigate complex objections around price, timing, partners, past bad experiences, and risk.
Help agents understand how our systems install into their business operationally, not theoretically.
Maintain momentum so deals do not stall, drift, or die in “I’ll think about it” limbo.

You are not here to chase deals.
You are here to lead decisions.

Who This Role Is Built For

You have closed high-ticket deals before.
You remain calm, controlled, and unreactive under pressure.
You hold authority without ego.

Your role is to ensure the right agents come in and the wrong ones do not.

Compensation

This is a performance role.

You earn 10% commission on closed, paid deals.
Average commission per sale is approximately $1,600.

If you perform, you get paid properly.
