What You'll Actually Do

Your mission: Book in-person appraisals with homeowners looking to sell within 90 days.

Here's how:

• Cold and warm call homeowners who've requested a free, instant online property price estimate through Facebook ads
• Run recorded qualification calls – probe deeper into intent, timeline, renovations, next home plans
• Qualify ruthlessly – separate genuine sellers from curiosity seekers
• Book in-person appraisals directly into your agent's calendar
• Manage CRM and pipeline – keep everything organised and actionable
• Create, manage, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns for your real estate agent
• Report daily to your agent – you're part of their team, not a separate vendor

The Reality Check

This is NOT a glamorous role. It's demanding, detailed, and requires serious focus.

❌ You'll make cold calls to homeowners who requested a price estimate but may not be ready to sell
❌ You'll need to probe, qualify, and handle objections professionally
❌ You'll be accountable to both Icon Media Co and your dedicated agent
❌ You'll need to learn Facebook ad management from scratch (don't worry, we'll train you)
❌ This is primarily commission-based with a modest base salary
