We're looking to hire a new Client Appointment Setter to contact our clients' leads and book them in for appraisals. This allows our clients to focus on the highest leverage tasks like showing up to appointments, developing relationships, and closing more deals.

Here's What You Can Expect:

→ $5k-$15k/month in personal income

→ Work 1on1 with real estate agents and agency owners (we have extremely high-level/sophisticated clients who you'll love working with)

→ Work completely remote

→ You receive clients on a silver platter who are some of the biggest players in our industry that you wouldn’t see anywhere else.

→ We spend about $30k/month on client acquisition and close about 15+ new clients per month

→ Our team is currently 20 absolute savages and we all operate in an intense fast-paced environment that forces you to grow and level up!

Elevating Client Results and Experience

Your role as an Account Partner revolves around our two core company values:

1. Client Results: Your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver qualified home seller leads at a cost that ensures profitability for our clients, aiming for a minimum 2x Return on Investment (ROI). You will manage advertising campaigns to maintain a cost per qualified lead below specified thresholds while meeting the lead volume threshold.

2. Client Experience: Beyond results, you will create a remarkable client experience, demonstrating genuine care, understanding of their business goals, leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Role Requirements:

→ This is an extremely fast paced role that will demand you to deliver your work at speed while ensure the highest levels of quality. (If you are not quick while being proficient, this role is not for you)

→ You are expected to have a "No matter what" attitude to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients. This means demonstrating resilience, determination, and a relentless commitment to overcoming obstacles. Your unwavering focus on delivering results, regardless of challenges, will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. → You are expected to be genuinely committed to helping our clients. → This is a sales-focused role. You will be expected to identify the key areas where clients need assistance to empower them to thrive. This involves examining our inventory of products and services and upselling or recommending additional offerings that would benefit them.

→ You must be a critical thinker, able to think for yourself and see opportunities for the client and for the business within your department. (If you are someone who requires a lot of hand holding, this is not the position for you)

→ You have to be willing to go full-time (I understand you may currently have commitments but if you come onboard and you feel Icon Media Co is the right fit for you then you must be able to transition to full-time).

→ You must have prior experience in marketing (there’s a LOT of training provided but you must have a strong foundation coming in)

→ You are expected to have a keen attention to detail. This involves meticulously reviewing your work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks, and maintaining a high standard of quality. By paying close attention to the finer points, you will minimize errors, enhance client satisfaction, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence. Compensation and On-Target Earnings (OTEs)
